1st grade rocking their socks!!

Another fun-filled week in kindergarten. We celebrated St. Patrick's Day, learned how pushes and pulls make things move, learned some more about wants versus needs from our JA volunteer, Mrs. Freitag, had some sunny recess days, rocked our socks for World Down Syndrome Day, and practiced for our upcoming music program 🍀❄️🌞🧦🏎🎵

Here are the Tribe Pride winners for the week of March 17: S. Allen, A. Bryant, C. Bonjour, I. Hammer, T. Leopard, O. Loyd, T. Newsom, P. Newton, M. Rohr, K. Springsteen, K. Springsteen, O. Theobald, R. Theobald, and L. Tripp. Staff winner is Mrs. Ann Moore. Congratulations! #WeAreWapello #WapelloTribePride

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We heard a leprechaun was spotted in the school today, so we quickly built a trap using shaving cream and glitter (hoping to trick him into thinking it was clouds and gold). We did not catch the leprechaun, but he did leave us some gold treats!🍀💰

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Kindergarten had a great week preparing for 🍀St. Patrick's Day🍀 and searching our room for tricky words. We also had a visit from Alexis Brown, who performed her state speech piece for us. We loved it! Good luck, Alexis!💙💛
